Meghan Schuh, DVM

Owner, Medical Director, Surgical Veterinarian

Meghan is our key distinguishing feature. Most of our staff have chosen to work here primarily out of respect for her. She has completed more than 40,000 spays & neuters and is a respected figure in the field. Her expertise leads to less time under anesthesia, smaller incisions, less discomfort, and faster recovery rates. Your pet will be in safe and caring hands.

After graduating from the UW School of Veterinary Medicine and interning with both the UW Shelter Medicine program and the Dane County Humane Society, Meghan was selected to join the University of Wisconsin's pioneer program consulting shelters across the country. She helped them standardize best practices for surgery, care, and rehabilitation of animals. She has also completed surgical training with ASPCA's Humane Alliance program and has assisted the UW Shelter Medicine Program and ASPCA with crisis management/disease outbreak situations in the past. Meghan has worked in multiple high-volume, affordable spay/neuter environments and has distinguished herself in proficiency and surgical outcomes.

As a devoted animal-lover, Meghan shares her home with her cats and 2.75 dogs in downtown Madison. In her spare time, she steam cleans her apartment and sleeps through movies.

Kellyanne Remy

Wellness Veterinarian

Kellyanne grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois, which is a suburb just outside of Chicago. She attended the UW School of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in 2020. Kellyanne explored a number of different avenues in veterinary medicine, which involved spending time in South Africa with wildlife and shelter animals, participating in research at the Saint Louis Zoo, and providing care at local wildlife rehabilitation centers. Her main interests include small animal wellness, dental and oral health, and providing stress-free veterinary practices whenever possible.

Kellyanne lives in Madison with her dog Callie, who spends most of her days sleeping and trying to steal food off the countertops. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kickboxing, catching up on Netflix shows, and spending time with her family and friends outdoors.

Travis Kriescher

Wellness Veterinarian

Travis grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and graduated from UW School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. During veterinary school he worked for the UW Shelter Medicine Program and attended their Maddie's Shelter Fellowship. He completed surgical training in high-volume high-quality spay/neuter with the ASPCA Spay/Neuter Alliance and under our medical director, Dr. Meghan.

Since graduating veterinary school, Travis has worked in general practice and a shelter performing general wellness, spay/neuter, and dental services. He completed orthopedic training through Securos Surgical continuing education to perform extracapsular and medial patellar luxation repairs. His passion is offering affordable medical services while maintaining a high standard of medicine.

Outside of work Travis enjoys seeing musicals, playing video games, and watching his two orange boys (Wesley and Fezzik) pass the brain cell back and forth.

Deanna Gaulke

Technician Team Lead

Deanna's passion for animals began in her small hometown in Sheboygan County, where she cared for stray barn cats from a young age. During her senior year of high school, she worked full-time at a doggie daycare and boarding facility, gaining valuable experience with dogs of all kinds. In 2022, she began her career in veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant, gaining experience in routine wellness care and assisting with spay/neuter and orthopedic surgeries. Finding fulfillment in helping animals heal and thrive confirmed her love for the field.

Later that year, she moved to Madison to pursue certification as a veterinary technician and continues to expand her knowledge and hands-on experience. Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending quiet time reading, watching movies, and listening to music. Her two cats, Jonah and Lil' Gravy, are always close by—usually curled up with her during a well-earned nap. For Deanna, veterinary medicine isn't just a career—it's a lifelong calling fueled by empathy, curiosity, and a deep bond with animals.

Elisa Heredia

Assistant Team Lead

Originally from New York, Elisa moved to Wisconsin in 2022 and is currently pursuing her education as a veterinary technician. She comes from a Hispanic background and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which has helped her connect with a diverse range of people and communities.

Her passion for veterinary medicine began while volunteering with the Felines in Treatment program at her local humane society, where she cared for cats recovering from ringworm. That hands-on experience introduced her to the world of shelter medicine and sparked a deep interest in caring for all kinds of animals.

Elisa now shares her home with five beloved cats and is excited to continue her journey in veterinary medicine, with a special focus on shelter medicine and comprehensive animal care.

Savannah Tordeur

Veterinary Assistant

Savannah grew up in Verona, Wisconsin, and has been working with animals since 2019. She graduated from UW–Platteville in 2022 with a degree in Animal Science and is pursuing her career as a veterinarian.

Her passions include shelter medicine and providing affordable care, and she is also gaining experience in large animal medicine. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys gymnastics, spending time outdoors with her two dogs and two cats, and volunteering at local animal shelters.

Jenny Kuehne

Veterinary Assistant

Jenny is a dedicated veterinary assistant with a strong passion for feline care and welfare. For the past five years, she has been deeply involved in cat rescue, fostering countless cats through Misfit Felines Rescue, including those requiring extensive medical and surgical care. Her calm demeanor and patient nature make her especially skilled at handling nervous or recovering cats and helping them heal and thrive.

Currently studying to become a licensed veterinary technician, Jenny combines her practical rescue experience with formal veterinary training to provide exceptional care and support for both patients and their families.

Outside of her professional and rescue work, Jenny enjoys life at home with her husband of over ten years, their energetic 2½-year-old son, and their loyal border collie!

Kiki Halaska

CVT

Kiki was born and raised in Madison and has lived in the area her entire life. She graduated from Madison College's veterinary technician program in 2008 and has eight years of experience working as a veterinary technician at a spay/neuter clinic. Kiki is dedicated to improving the lives of dogs and cats by providing high quality and economically accessible veterinary care.

She shares her home with her human partner, one dog, four cats, and a leopard gecko. Her interests include positive reinforcement dog training, gardening, and playing a little too much Pokemon Go.

Michael Roggenbuck

Manager, Reception

Michael is who you will get if you ask for a manager, but there's a high likelihood he is who you are already talking to as he is also one of the receptionists.

A longtime volunteer at a cat rescue, he is now living his best life helping animals full time. When not at work he is most often seen on disc golf courses and hiking trails. At home, when not obediently serving his feline overlords, he is usually drawing (mostly his cats), reading, or binge watching a TV show for the 10th time.

Rebecca Strait

Receptionist

Rebecca has just recently entered into the veterinary clinic world but has a passion to learn as much as she can. Prior to working here, she worked at another high volume low-cost clinic in the call center, as a receptionist, and an office assistant. She can not wait to gain more knowledge in her role at Precision.

Rebecca has 2 wonderful cats at home that she shares with her roommate. Her favorite hobbies are watching movies and cooking.

Moo's hobbies include raiding Meghan's purse and eating things she's not supposed to.

Ernie (Derpo)

Receptionist (In Training)

Ernie (who now responds to Derpo) represents the 3/4 of Meghan's 2 3/4 dogs. He's currently training a couple days per week to become a good receptionist. He excels at greeting, but his filing skills remain subpar.

In his spare time Ernie enjoys pooping on random objects and eating furniture.
