Fixing the future.
Making long-term changes isn't usually about the big splashy gestures and the high-impact procedures. Real change comes from preventing the causes of problems. So, while a 'spay & neuter clinic' doesn't sound like it's saving lives, it may just be the best way to do exactly that.
Our goal is to improve quality of life for animals across Dane County, and eventually the state. So we asked: why do bad things happen to good animals? What it comes down to, is that there are more animals than homes. Puppies or kittens born accidentally are exponentially more likely to wind up on the street or in shelters. So we want to make spaying or neutering your animal affordable to everyone, because that's how you fix a societal issue: you prevent it happening to the next generation.
How appointments work: drop-off & curbside
All appointments run as either drop-off or curbside — and it's one of the reasons we can keep prices low without cutting corners.
Separating your pet's exam from the conversation with you means both get our undivided attention: your pet gets a calmer, more focused visit, you get an unhurried summary from the vet, and we can help more animals every day. It also keeps things flexible for anyone who prefers to limit close contact.
